My Philips AquaTrio Pro leaves water traces on the floor

Published on 2022-02-08

When your Philips AquaTrio Pro leaves water traces on the floor, this may have several causes. Please check all possible causes and solutions in the following lines.

Only move your Philips AquaTrio Pro forward and backward. Do not move the appliance sideways.

Moving your Philips AquaTrio

Make sure the mopping brushes stay in contact with the floor. Switch off the appliance before you pull it over a threshold to prevent water traces on the floor or to prevent water from splashing from the mopping nozzle.

After you switch off your Philips AquaTrio Pro, move it forward and backward a few times to remove the liquid that is present between the two mopping brushes. If you switch off the appliance and lift it up immediately, the water that was present between the brushes leaves a trace of water on the floor.

Check the condition of the wheels of your Philips AquaTrio Pro. Remove the dirt that blocks the wheels.
